Philadelphia PA — Breaking Glass Pictures is excited to announce theFebruary 25th DVD release of Lesson Before Love, the debut feature of writer/director Dui Jarrod. In the vein of Love Jones, Love & Basketball and The Best Man, Lesson Before Love is a contemporary story of modern professional African Americans looking for a happily ever after.

Eric, Alexis, Cullen and Janae are all single and unsatisfied living their monochromatic lives. The contentious, first time meeting between on-line chat buddies, Eric and Alexis, brings about a torrent of emotion as they all meet up for a night on the town. After which, they begin to experience love lessons that force them to search their own hearts and passion for the love that has long eluded them.
Director Dui Jarrod said, "Every young filmmaker maker has a hope and a dream. Most time, that dream involves access to their work on a grand scale. When I sat down to write this project, I could have never imagined our film getting nationwide DVD distribution. Its a fitting beginning to my film career and fitting end to this film. I pray people continue to discover it in the days, weeks and years to come."
The DVD release of Lesson Before Love (SRP $24.99) will include an audio commentary with director Dui Jarrod & producer/director of photography Tyler Dixon, promos with the crew, a featurette on the director, and bonus trailers.
